Inside Sales Representative
Minimum Qualifications
2 years of experience in sales or sales support role, and/or customer service with account management in a B2B setting.
About the Job
As an inside sales representative, you will own your book of business to drive sales amidst a rapidly changing landscape. You will be charged with helping your customers grow their business with our product line along with sourcing and onboarding new customers. Using your relationship building skills, you’ll provide excellent customer service, and know your customers business goals to help anticipate their needs or upcoming projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with customers to determine their needs and offer recommendations.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver insights, ideas, and customer service that drives business growth
- Respond to emails, answer calls, and guide customers through our showroom
- Hold virtual meetings, showings, and assist in virtual/in person tradeshows.
- Identify new markets and customers to grow your book of business.
- Optimize Cotton Heritage’s outreach to our rapidly growing customer list.
